I’ve got the power: quality sound in seconds – August International Bluetooth Speaker #triedandtested

I have a little powerhouse for you guys today.  I am far from technical minded but I love my iPod and my smartphone, and this little beauty works with both.
Small enough to fit into the palm of your hand, this August bluetooth speaker takes seconds to pair with a bluetooth device.  For those like myself who also have an older model of MP3 player, it works with a jack to jack auxiliary, which is included.  You can plug this lead into your device and into the speaker and be listening to your favourite audio within seconds.
For those with bluetooth, it is super easy to set up.  Turn in on and enter the bluetooth on your device, and it will pick up the speaker.  Choose to pair the devices and off you go.  I have a short video (less than 30 seconds) in which I am connecting to the speaker.  When you hear the double beep I have connected via bluetooth, and it only takes seconds to pick up my audio, most of that be faffing around turning it on.  Forgive the audio book over the bangin’ choons, I must be getting old.
The volume and sound quality is impeccable, and the price less than most mains powered wired speakers on the market. You can purchase on Amazon for just £17.75.   It even charges from the mains, so you don’t have to spend out on batteries.  Better on your wallet and on the environment.
My score out of 10 for this tech would have to be a solid 9, for no other reason than I think it would be unprofessional of me to give it a 10.  I was blown away by the ease of use and sound quality.  This little guy is going to be in my bag for family barbecues and picnics outside…once I have downloaded some of those bangin’ choons.

  1. It is suitable with all devices with bluetooth when using wireless Helen – I demonstrated using my Samsung Galaxy Mega 🙂
You can also use it with an adaptor with any audio device with a headphones jack, so it is pretty much universal 🙂
